Error Connecting to Database

CanIt-Domain-PRO could not connect to the database. The system administrator may be performing an upgrade or maintenance. The error message below is intended for the administrator.

pg_connect(): Unable to connect to PostgreSQL server: could not connect to server: No such file or directory Is the server running locally and accepting connections on Unix domain socket "/var/run/postgresql/.s.PGSQL.5432"?

Make sure PostgreSQL is installed and configured correctly on your system. Also ensure that PHP is compiled with PostgreSQL support, and that you have run the CanIt database initialization script.
